Hi,
I want to create a page that would inherit default.master(master page for
all Moss site's) so that my page will look same as the general Moss Page. How

Daisy,
Say what? Is this a question about MS Project, a planning and scheduling
application? What are "Moss site's"?

I'm afraid your post only generates more questions. If you could
elaborate on what you are trying to do, then maybe someone can help.
Please go to our MVP website at, http://www.mvps.org/project/faqs.htm,
and click on the "Before posting - click here" item.

I'd ask in the Project Server newsgroup or one of the Sharepoint Newsgroups.

(for John, MOSS is Microsoft Office Sharepoint Server.)

Jack,
I suppose I could hide behind the fact that the poster used "moss" in
lower case but to be honest, since I don't work with Sharepoint, I've
never heard the term before. Thanks for jumping in and clarifying for
both myself and the poster.
