How to create stationary w/jpg logo for my emails with outlook?

I just switched from outlook express to outlook. In outlook express I created
a standard stationary for my emails. it includes a .jpg logo. I can't find a
way to do this in outlook. I go to the create stationary, but it doesn't
recognize the jpg file when I try to paste or insert it. Can anyone tell me
how to create my own stationary using this logo for all my emails?
