How to create table of contents (sub-pages)

Hi!

I wonder if there's a way to create a table of contents basing on subpages.
Let's say I have a page with several subpages. i wish to have a linkable
table of contants on a main page so that whenever I click on such link it
would open a subpage.

Also, I wonder if there's a way to collaps/expand list of pages.
