How to create text box in hotmail?

I have friend of mine who use AOL account for her e-mail, and she send me
e-mails whit her company logo in the back ground.
I would like to do the same but, I don’t know how to do it.
I try few ways but none really work in HOTMAIL, for me.
Any suggestion or support on this task it will be very appreciate it.
