How to create the custom form and publish such form on the fly?

Hi Sue,

How can I use a COM Add-In programming approach to create the custom form
and publish the form to the specific folder automatically?

You can publish a form with the FormDescription.PublishForm method. A technique I often use is to publish the form to a folder in a separate ..pst file, then include that .pst file in the distribution and invoke it with Namespace.AddStore. You can then use the MAPIFolder.Items.Add method on the folder holding the form to create a new item with the custom form and then publish it with PublishForm.
