How to create the sign @ in the adress of an e-mail in Outlook 200

The ordinary way to get @ is to press the buttons Ctrl and Alt and 2.
In Outlook and when writing the adress that is not possible.
I have to find an old e-mail and copy @ and then press Ctrl and V to insert
@ in the adress.
Is there another way?

Doesn't your keyboard have @? Usually it's there by pressing Shift-' or
Shift-2 (on the top of the keyboard). An alternative is Alt-64 but you've
got to use the numeric keypad on the right, not the numbers across the top.

Which international keyboard are you using? Having only experience with a US
English keyboard (which has the at-symbol over the 2 so Shift-2 gets you an
at-symbol). Can you use the Character Map accessory to get it?
