How to create views including user-defined fields created by other

I have created a form to be used with Tasks. The form includes User-defined
Fields. I want to assign tasks to other persons using this form. This gives
no problem. It does also not give any problem to make the forms available to
the other persons MS Outlook using .oft and then publish the form.

However how can the other persons make views using the user-defined fields I
have made? The user-defined fields are not available in the "Field Chooser".

The other user would have to add those fields to their own Tasks folder through the Field Chooser.
