I was told that there is a way to create an "Out Of Office
Message" on Outlook Express to inform senders that you are
on vacation, etc. How is this done?

Outlook Express is not a part of Office - it is a part of Internet Explorer
and has its own news groups. Try posting there. (Hint: Use Rules to do
this) They can probably set you up.

Also, try http://www.tomsterdam.com for Outlook Express information.
