how to customize Drawing Explorer in Visio 2003

is there any possibility of customizing the Drawing Explorer in Visio
2003. if it is possible i need your help in doing out

This is not really possible. However, you can create your own Anchor Window
(the same window type as the Drawing Explorer) and create a custom treeview
that does what you want. For some sample code take a look at the TreeView
sample code in the SDK.
