How to customize reminders

Is there a way to customize what is shown in the reminder pop-up. I work with
BCM and enter my leads as Business Contacts. When the reminder pop-up comes
up it shows the name of the customer instead of the companies name. Is there
a way to change this?

Also, when i set a new reminder, the default time is always 04:00 p.m. My
general reminder time is 8:00 a.m. and i would like to set this as the new
default. Is there a way to change this?
