How To: Customize the “Welcome to Microsoft Office Outlook 2003â€

I want to add company specific information to the “Welcome to Microsoft
Office Outlook 2003†Message for all new users, how can I do that?

I am using Outlook 2003 SP2 and Exchange 2003.

Sorry to report this, but Microsoft doesn't allow the welcome message to be
edited like it could in earlier versions.
