How to customize the Actions Menu in Risks and Issues

There are three menus in Risks under project server 2003. When user click
Risks the first one "View and submit risks in all projects" will be default
selected, is it possible to make the third one "View risk summary for all
projects" as a default?
Same question for Issues Menu. thanks,

There may be a cleaner solution, but here's one to consider.

Admin > Server configuration > Menus

Create a custom menu called something like Risk Summary. Create at least
one submenu under it. Make the URL for that submenu the URL of the Risk
summary page you want to be the default. If you like, you can add other
submenus to recreate the other Risk submenu items.

Then, maybe rename the original Risk menu using the Custom Name feature.
Maybe call it Add Risk. There may be a way to make the original Risk menu
disappear entirely, but I don't know how to accomplish that without removing
users' permissions to access Risks.

Thanks for the update!

It doesn't work using your suggestion. First is original Risks menu can not
be invisible, another is if I use the exist URL for a new custom menu, when
user open this new custom menu through PWS, system will show two heads.

Do you have any other suggestion? i.e. I think maybe we can go to databse
directly to change the default menu, but I could't find where it located.

Find a simply soltuion!

Open tabel MWSP_WEB_SECURITY_PAGES in Project Server database, find Risk
Menu record, then update the field "WSEC_PAGE_URL" using one of the sub Risk
menu's url.
