How to customize the Project Workspace Template

We are trying to create a custom Project Workspace template in Windows
Sharepoing Services (2.0) to be used in all subwebs created through projects
created to project server. When we type the following command line in the
command window on the server running WSS we get a string of errors:

stsadm.exe -o addtemplate -filename <name of the file created> - title
<title of the site> <enter>

I was wondering if someone had a specific example of what the command line
should look like to help us get the template working. The procedures being

This is exactly how I did it, then went to Project Workspace
provisioning settings (server settings) and the template appeared after
running the command line, so I just selected that.
