how to customize what appears in the Send To menu in Word and Excel

I am working on customizing an Office 2003 rollout and would like to know if anyone has any idea how to customize the Send To option from the File drop down menu. I am trying to remove "Mail Recipient (for Review)..." and "Routing Recipient" from this list.
