How to de-migrate from Outlook 2007 to Outlook 2003 with BCM upgra

My company just migrated 9 clients from Outlook 2003 w/BCM to Outlook 2007.
We discovered that this was a wrong decision. We would like to de-migrate
back to Outlook 2003. I'm wondering how best to accomplish this?

-Export contacts from Outlook 2007, de-install Outlook 2007, re-install
Outlook 2003? then,
-Apply the new Outlook 2003 patch that allows shared databases?
