How to defer delivery of emails

I know I can use "rules" to delay delivery of all messages to one sender by
up to 120 minutes. But what if I want to delay delivery of all messages to
one sender for longer than that -- say, until 9 am the next workday in the
case of a co-worker who resents receiving emails on the weekends?

you can use do not deliver before, but test it first as it doesn't work with
all account types. look on the options dialog for the setting.
