How to define User Hierarchy (like PL --> ML --> Developer) in MS Project 2003?

Hi! Can somebody help me out in defining User Hierarchy (like PL --> ML
--> Developer) in MS Project 2003?

My main aim is to give limited view rights to the Module leaders for
their team members. I've tried to check the same in Enterprise Global
Resource , but couldn't find any way to do it.

In connection to the same area, i'd also like to provide only view
rights to senior people who are basically not assigned to any role but
would like to monitor the progress of the project.

So if someone can give solution to these, it would be great help to me.

Thanks - Jinesh

PS: I've submitted the same question to other forums also, so if u've
came across and answered it, pl. ignore this.

You would need to create an outline code structure in the RBS field in the
Enterprise Global file. The outline code structure you create should mimic
your company's "org chart". After doing so, you would need to set an RBS
value for every resource in the Enterprise Resource Pool to show Project
Server "who reports to whom" in the org chart.

After performing both of the above steps, you might need to create a new
Group and Category for your PL and ML staff so that they can see the
projects assigned to resources below them in the RBS structure. Your senior
people could probably be placed in the Executives group in PWA to give them
access to all the projects in the system. Just some thoughts. Perhaps the
others will have some ideas for you also.
