How to delete a checked out enterprise calendar

I have an enterprise calendar that needs to be deleted, but in the PWA.Server
Settings>Enterprise Calendars Section it is showing as being "checked out".

The enterprise global itself is not checked out, so how do you check this
calendar back in so it can be deleted.

Note: when you click on the calendar itself, the edit calendar and delete
calendar options are greyed out-however, the new calendar and copy calendar
functions are available.

Log into PWA with administrator permissions and then click Server Settings -
Force Check-in Enterprise Objects. On the page, click the pick list and
choose the Enterprise Calendars option. Select the enterprise calendar in
question and then click the Check In button. Now, click Server Settings -
Enterprise Calendars. Click the calendar in question and then click the
Delete Calendar button. Hope this helps.
