How to delete all animations at once?

I would like to permanently "batch delete" all animations at once in
PowerPoint 2000, rather than the tedious way I currently do it--one slide at
a time--by clicking on Slide Show/Custom Animation and then unchecking the
boxes. Clicking on "Show without animations" will not do it for me as this
function seems to not work properly when I convert the presentation to Flash
with PowerPresenter. I cannot find any other way to delete all the slides'
animations in one step.

Any suggestions? Many thanks...
