How to delete an address in Business Contact List

In creating the Address book for Business contact, I created some with errors
that I would like to delete. How can you edit and/or delete address info. in
the contact list in both the address list and the return address list. (under
Tools: Envelopes and Labels)

Selecting it and pressing the delete key will typically delete the item
in question.
