Every few weeks, when I try to delete an email, I get a MS Office Outlook
message saying my outlook backup.pst files have reached maximum and I need to
delete data from the file. It tells me to delete files, but I don't know
where to go to do so.
I've tried going to C:/Doc's & Settings...backup.pst, but can not open the
backup.pst file. I finally delete some of my current 'Deleted' files from
emails not over 3 months old and I can then delete current emails. Can you
tell me how to locate my outlook backup.pst files and delete some of them?
Thanks.
