how to delete config file for MS outlook 2000?

Thank You

during the first run of MS outlook 2000, it ask me to use Exchange Server or
Internet. I choose Exchange Server by mistake and I don't have Exchange
Server installed. Now I could not change it back as the Tool/Option is not
selectable and it tries to link to the Exchange server every time it starts
up. Reinstall does not help. I need to delete the config file. Can anyone
help?

Use the Mail applet in Control Panel to remove the Exchange account from your mail profile and add a POP account instead.
