How to delete forms in exchange 2003

Hi.

Not sure if this is the correct NG, please forgive me if it is not.


I am running exchange 2003 and i published incorrect forms in the
Organizational Forms Library - how can i delete them?

First, make sure you account have sufficient right to delete a form in the
folder. (Not sure if it should be "owner")

Then, using Outlook 2003(I believe Outlook 2000 should be Ok, but the
location of item may not be the same...), right click a sub folder on the
left panel and select "Sharing...", then select "Forms" tab, and "Manage"
button. This will bring up the Form Manager dialog.

Now, select your organization folder and delete the one you don't want.

Thank you - worked a charm. Wonder why it was not on the exchange side of

Don't know. Probably just like exchange administrators cannot delete
individual email, and any attempt to delete all forms is very likely to be
overkill...

Anyway, when I first faced this problem, it did take me quite some time to
figure out the job should be done on client, not on server.
