Create a rule on the e-mail address in the From header.
Or better yet, go to the marketing preferences for your Hotmail/Live/MSN
account and unsubscribe from the newsletters, or just use the unsubcribe
link or directions at the bottom of the newsletter. Or maybe you used
RSS to subscribe to news feeds, so now you'll have to delete those (my
Outlook version doesn't support RSS, and you never mentioned WHICH
version of Outlook that you use).
