How to delete Recently Browsed shortcuts viewed from CD's?

How do I delete Recently Browsed Shortcuts from Microsft Office Picture
Manager created after viewing the pictures from a CD? When I right-click and
click delete, I am instructed to insert the CD but that does not work

Try right-clicking start, properties, Start menu tab, customize button, advanced
button, at the bottom, click clear list.

The shortcut and Most Recently Used (MRU) list for
MS Office 2003 Picture Manager is stored in an
editable XML file. Search for OIScatalog.cag
