What version of Word are you using?
The newer built in org chart tools in Office don't have a straight forward method for having a dual manager top layer, which is
somewhat surprising considering Microsoft had at least one group with co-presidents
There are some ways that you might be able to use, but not necessarily easy to maintain. Third party tools for org charts that can
be included in a Word document such as
http://orgplus.com or
http://office.microsoft.com/visio
might be viable solutions and have trial editions available
