How to deploy BSM scorecard from Dev to Test environment?

I have designed my BSM scorecard (KPIs, scorecard, and views) on the BSM Dev
server and I want to deply the scorecard to BSM server on the Test
environment. How can I deploy the whole scorecard to the BSM server? Please
provide info since this is very important to our work on client site.

Please provide some advice or point me to documentation.
