How to detect that MSPP2007 is connected to an MSPS server or offl

Situation: MSPP2007 has 4 possible MSPS2007 Profiles - Computer (local) and 3
MSPS server URL's. Load Behavior=3. IDTExtensibility2.OnConnection method
is triggered in all 4 situations. What properties or approach is best
practice to determine if the MSPP2007 instance is connected to one of the
servers or is running offline? C# replies preferred.
