how to disable accessing clipboard from web pages

hi when ever i open a webpage i am getting a message window showing " do u
want to allow this webpage to access the clipboard "
options: allow, dont allow .
when i hit any one the window is closing and opening and more over the
original webpage is also not working without closing this.
help me regarding this
