How to disable CommandBarButton in it's click_event handler?

I write com addin for Word2k, and attempt to disable the CommandBarButton in
it's click_event handler. It looks that Word does not do any change of that
CommandBarButton, but it can be disable in other CommandBarButton's
click_event handler. How to disable CommandBarButton in it's click_event
handler?
