How to disable employees to enter actual hours in projects that
completed 100% in PWA?

If project completes on 100% I want to disable to enter any actual
hours in PWA, while PM does not add additional hours for tasks.

How to do it?

Try posting your question to "microsoft.public.project.server" instead. You
