How To Disable Error Reporting

I have a ms article #325075 "How to disable error reporting by the
application error reporting tool in office xp"

I have XP sp2 OS, using office 2000 sp3, and Visio 2003 std. I am getting
this message from the Visio application. I would like to know how to disable
it.

I notice the following: If I quit and then exit, there is no message. If I
exit then I get the message. I wish to disable it for the Visio application
if possible.

The path name using regedit didn't exit for my system.

Can someone help me!
