How to Disable Outlook pst files in Outlook 2000

We'd like to disable all users from creating/ using
Outlook pst files. We are a mix of Office 2000 and
Office 2002 desktops running win2k or winxp running
Active Directory. I tried the DisablePst registry
change, but it still allows Outlook 2000 users to create
and use pst files. Any other ideas out there? I
tried creating a group policy using the Ork tools, but
didn't have much luck either.
Thanks

Under Outlook 2000 the registry change stops the auto-
archiving, and the importing of data from a pst.
However, the user can still click on services and add a
pst file, and save data to the pst.
Microsofts readme states the same.
I want to totally block our users from creating/using pst
files.
Any other ideas?
Thanks

Try removing the Personal Folders file entries from the Mapisvc.inf file.

Sue,
I don't see any entries in the Mapisvc.inf file involving
personal folders to remove.

It definitely should include a service entry for the Personal Folders File
service, listed as MSPST MS.
