How to disable right-to-left input

Hello!
I'm using Office XP English (with SP3) on WinXP SP1 PC. I'm using
English and Russian keyboard layouts.
When I press Right (Control + Shift) in MS Word switching to
right-to-left input becomes. But I don't need it anymore!
How to disable right-to-left input feature in MS Word 2002?

This feature is not controlled from Office but rather from
WinXP. Go to:

Control Panel > Regional and Language Options > Languages

And uncheck the box before "Install files for complex script
and right-to-left languages" and probably also the one
before "Install files for East Asian languages" as well.
OK/apply your way out and a reboot wouldn't hurt.
