How to discover an Task Enterprise Project Outline field name when it is renamed?

Hi,
when an enterprise project outline code is renamed it receives a new
name, in what table can i find it?

For example, in the Enterprise Global the Task Enterprise Project
Outline Code2 is renamed to "Area" where can i find the link between
Task Enterprise Project Outline Code2(or Oc_Field_ID=188744590) and
the name "Area"?
