How to Display a digital dashboard in Outlook ?

Trying to find out exactly what functionality I can get with digital
display.

After clicking thru PWA --> Tasks --> "View and report on your tasks
from your outlook calendar" --> "Display a digital dashboard in
outlook", the pop up window asks for Digital Dashboard URL.

I assume this means I should have created a "Digital Dashboard"
somewhere. I see not documentation on how to do this or what it
provides. Can someone point me in the right direction. It sounds like
something useful.
