how to display all room resources for plan a meeting

I currently have Outlook 2007 deployed to all users and have exchange 2003. I
have set up several room resources and set the auto accept agent on exchange
for them. I want users to be able to open up the plan-a-meeting window and
have all the room resources show up for any user. This way it will show all
the room resources and times available and they can just check the resource
they want, invite others and plan a meeting. Is this possible ? How ?

If I understand correctly, they'll need to make a group schedule with all
the rooms to view what is available. Select the room and click Make Meeting,
New Meeting as Resource. This will open a new meeting request with just that
room selected. Add the invitees and send.

Better but not quite, What I am looking for is: In Outllok, if you select
"Calendar", then "Actions", and "Plan a meeting", you then have a screen to
add from the address book. I would like to have it so that I add "All" my
room resources, which lists them and their availability and a user can just
place a "Check-Mark" in the room resource they wish, then add who they need
and send out the invite. Is this possible ? Possibly a template for form ?
How to do this please ?

The Group Schedule was designed to address this type of thing.

While you could save a meeting request template with all the room selected,
I'm not sure if you can save it with the rooms unchecked, so the user would
need to uncheck each one.
