How to display all tasks happening in a day on the calender view?

I'm using MS Project 2003. My problem is that I would like to inform people
in our plant what kind of activity will take place during the following weeks
on a day by day basis. I found the calender view and thought this would be
the ideal solution to my problem. Now, on the calender view there are only
few tasks displayed, but I would like to display all tasks that I have on my
gantt chart to take place that week.
Does anyone have a solution on where to customize the view in order to
display all tasks?
Thanks for any proposals!

Hi,

Yes of course, simply drag and drop the bottom line of any week display to
show the necessary number of taks.

Hi Jan,
my problem is that I have a lot of space on the page but project will only
put 3 or 4 out of 30 tasks on the page. I don't see, how that selection can
be influenced.

Hi Dominik,

Try Format/Layout/and check: Attempt to fit as many tasks as possible.
