How to display chinese characters in outlook inbox?

Receiving email from chinese users I can't read chinese characters into the
inbox folder (I mean on the "from" coulumn), but after replied I can see it
into the "send items" folder.
I do have IME and outlook can encode chinese characters into the text.
Anyone know what to setup to display it properly? Thank you.
