That's out of your control and dependent on whether you have Send As permission on the other mailbox. Discuss it with your Exchange administrator.
I also need to know how to display the from box on an email!

View | From or, in WordMail, click the down arrow next to the Options button.

As I said earlier, you need to discuss this with your Exchange administrator. Ask them to remove your Send As permission on the mailbox so that you have only Send On Behalf Of permission.

Again, it is not an Outlook setting. Send As is a permission setting related to Exchange, and managed through the user's account in Active Directory. On the domain controller for the network, use the Active Directory Users and Computers snap-in to display the user's Properties dialog, where on the Security tab you can revoke the Send As permission. Once you do that, assuming you also have Send on Behalf Of permission, the recipient will see "from yourname on behalf of mailboxname" for any messages you send from that other mailbox.

What do you see on the message instead?

If you are using WordMail as your email editor, you need to click the small down arrow next to the Options button.

That indicates that the person has "Send As" permission on the mail box, which allows them to send without getting the "on behalf of" label. Discuss with your network administrator, who can change the user's permissions in Active Directory.
