How to display only the selected style components of Style

Hi,

I am using msword 2000 under windows2000.
When I select the Style box, many styles are listed.
But I want the Style box to list what I seleced items of style, i.e
Only Normal Heading 1 & 2, and Caption.
Please let me know how to do it.

Format | Style. Select "Styles in use" and delete all the styles you're not
using. You won't be able to delete Normal, Default Paragraph Font, or any
heading style.
