How to distribute an AddIn?

I've referenced the ActiveX library that has ADODB in it. And when i run the
project on another machine that doesn't have visual studio installed, it
doesn't find the library. Is there a way to couple the library with the VBA
project so that distribution will be successful?

This is a vba project for a Word AddIn.

You can distribute only certain libraries.
If the target machine does not have the needed libraries, then you are outta
luck.

Check at
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=/servicedesks/fileversion/dllinfo.asp
to see how the DLL is distributed.
Just enter the filename in the search engine at that URL.
