How to divide the pages

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel Upgraded to Excel2008 from 2004. Can't find the view to see how many lines are on a page. Tried to print a document and was missing a page. Don't know how to adjust so all the pages I want can be printed.
