How to do a drop down box in word?

Hi there,

I was told to use Progamming to do this? Is this right?

I'd like to create a drop down box in my document template to pick a list of
Lawyeres names so they don't have to type it each time (they keep making
mistakes in the spelling!).

Could anyone guide me how to start this?

You could use VBA and a userform, but you don't have to. See:
