Has anyone noticed that you cannot do a "FIND" in nested,
linked subforms in MS Access? Example, I have a main form
with two nested, linked subforms. I have 50 boxes with
1,000 CDs in each box. On one of those CDs, I have a
photograph of grandma. The boxes are entered on the MAIN
form, the CDs are in the FIRST SUBFORM, and the photos are
entered in the LAST SUBFORM. If I do a "FIND" (using the
FIND button on the form's toolbar) in the last subform to
find the CD and the box number for grandma's picture,
Access tells me it cannot find "Grandma!" Am I missing
something? Has anyone else out there come up with a way
to do a "FIND" in a lower tiered subform?
