how to do a page set up for all the sheets at once in excel workbook (such as
header, footer, page size, page orientation etc).

HeJa, group the sheets, click on the first sheet and hold down shift and
click on the last sheet, do your page setup and then right click on a sheet
and ungroup, all sheets should now be setup the same

Note that some of the options are not available with grouped sheets.

Print Area, Print Titles(Rows to repeat at top, Columns to repeat at left).

These are not available.
