Open query in design view. Click query, NEW, DESIGN
VIEW. Choose the table you want to run the report from,
BY DOUBLE CLICKING ON IT IN THE DIALOGUE BOX.. CLOSE THE
DIALOG BOX. Chose the fields that you want in your report
by double clicking on it. . In the criteria section on
the query, under the field type in brackets the CHOICE you
want the report to show eg X . Use this type of bracket
[ ] Go to report, new, repost wizard. Choose the query.
Go through the steps of the repost. Choose a field to
group by. In summary options, select the field you wanted
summed or counted. Email me if you have further
