Right now I'm managing my inventory through Excel and it's working just fine
but I wanted to try it out on Access. It's not too complicated since I only
have ONE product which I order every month or two from the same manufacturer
and send out to my sites.
In Excel, all I have are rows with information as such:
1. Received item? Yes/No
2. Date sent out
3. Site name (company I send it to)
4. How many boxes
5. Box #
6. Lot #
7. Expiration date
8. Requestor's name
9. Using this product for what reason
10. Additional notes
All I need from this database, besides inputting data, is to be able to see:
1. How many boxes came in and went out this month?
2. How many boxes did a specific company get for this month?
I tried another forum and they gave me a very complicated database to start
out on... Anyone know something easier?
Thanks a bunch!
