I would like to have something that if any of my client has not update their
windows the automatic email send to me that owner of the laptop has not
update his windows.

Well, it's still not clear exactly what you're trying to accomplish, but
explore Windows Server Update Service:

This will allow you to remotely manage updates on client systems.
