how to do multivariate analysis on excel?

pleasehelp

Please help me. how do i perform multivariate analysis on data in an excel
spreadsheet?
I have a dependent variable (hemoglobin) and 23 other variables that may
affect it.
How do I determine if any of these variables are statistically related to
the outcome?
I'm in a hurry so I would appreciate a quick reply.
